We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with SignalReels. To request a refund, contact us at lovrojovancrypto@gmail.com within 14 days of your subscription start date.
Refund requests are eligible if: (a) you submit the request within 14 days of the initial purchase, (b) you have not generated more than 5 videos during the subscription period, and (c) this is your first subscription — not a renewal or re-subscription.
We do not provide refunds for: subscription renewals (monthly or yearly), partial months of service after cancellation, accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service, or requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Email lovrojovancrypto@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your refund. We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day refund window. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
