You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
SignalReels offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. All prices are in USD. We use Creem.io as our payment processor — their terms apply to all payment processing.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at support@getsignalreels.com within 14 days of your subscription start date. Renewal charges and accounts that have generated more than 5 videos are not eligible. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SignalReels to create content that is fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws. You are responsible for the trading signals you input and the videos you publish.
Intellectual Property
SignalReels retains ownership of the platform, templates, and technology. Videos you generate are yours to use. You grant SignalReels a license to display sample outputs for marketing purposes unless you opt out.
Limitation of Liability
SignalReels is not a financial advisor. Videos generated by our platform are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. We are not liable for any investment decisions made based on content generated by our platform.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
